Back from Colorado

"Uh huh you know what it is Colorado, Colorado, Colorado, Colorado"

Taken on the road from Denver to Boulder

Just came back from my first trip out west, where I visited University of Colorado Law School. The experience of being out west was completely foreign to me. I've never been in the area, or anywhere west of the Mississippi for that matter, so it was new to me. What I did find was that Denver has a small town feel but it is definitely a bustling city. Because the city isn't very large, everything you need is within walking distance. I have a feeling that if I lived there I would probably work out more, since excercise is valued heavily in the area. I loved the actual school as well. Since the law school is a new facility, the actual Wolf Law builiding is beautiful. By far (with all due respect to St. John's Law School which also has a great law school building) it was the best law school i have visited. The people are kind and were extremely helpful, especially BLSA (the Black Law Students Association) whose members definitely made sure I felt at home.

I'm still considering other law schools but Colorado definitely put their best foot forward in making sure I was comfortable there and they convinced me that spending my next 3 years there would be worthwhile.

Colorado is far and away the school I want to attend. Can't wait
